Outlining the meals one should eat throughout the week.

I made this recipe book because it can help people get enough nutrients for muscle growth. All meals in this recipe book contain high protein. When people try to gain muscle, they often go for chicken breasts as their meal. Even though there are different cooking methods, I thought it could be tiresome only to eat chicken breasts. I chose these meals because, based on my personal experience, I enjoyed eating while fulfilling enough nutrients for muscle growth.
