Building Muscle Requires Hustle: Examining the Benefits of Different Work Out Methods

Abstract

People work out for different purposes. Some work out to be healthy, some work out to lose weight, and some work out to build muscles. There are many different ways to work out for each purpose, such as doing more cardio for losing weight or lifting weights for building muscles. In building muscles, it is important to know how muscles grow. Not only working out but consuming sufficient amounts of nutrients is required for muscle growth. People even use supplements such as protein powder or creatine to help in the process, however, some use supplements that carry negative side effects.
